This Workshop Covers

1. A quick study of a cone and cylinder, a most common form identified in folds.

4. A simplified structure of basics folds.

3. Copying folds after the Old Masters.

4. Studying folds using the photographs.

5. Drawing and painting folds from still life.

6. Understanding folds, drapery on a figure.

Materials

1. Monochrome oil paints, such as:

-White and black

-White and brown

-White and green etc (your choice).

2. Brushes

3. Canvases - cheap painting boards, or some old canvases,(Which can purchase some small canvas boards here).

Facial Features

This Workshop Covers

1. Understanding and studying of the basic forms.

2. Demos with different sources of light.

3. Simplified structure of the facial features

4. Drawing and painting the front view, profile and three quarters view of noses, eyes and mouths.

1. Sketch book, B pencil & Charcoal sticks.

Drawing and Painting from Sculptures

This Workshop Covers

1. Drawing using the comparative measurements method which can be used then to draw from a life model.

2. Developing an understanding of the 3D objects in the content of 2D surface.

3. Sharpening your visual ability to distinguish a wider range of shadows (grays in this case) and ability to modify or create your own shadows if necessary.

-White and black

3. Pencils (B2 and B4)
